5 years ago today I married my best friend. It was a day I will never forget. I remember looking in the mirror in the sealing room trying to picture how long Eternity really is. At the time, I had hopes that 5 years from that day I would be a mom, have finished school, have a home, and be happy.
Since that day, I am a mom to two wonderful children. I haven't finished school yet, but some how I think that in my 5-year plan I forgot to calculate taking time off to be a mom! :) I have a wonderful home to raise my family in (I was of course hoping for our own house... but in the long run, it doesn't really matter where you live as long as you make it a home!). And I am blessed and happy as I could ever hope to be.
True there are great days and not-so-great days (as anyone has), but I count my blessings every day (sometimes more on especially hard days).
I am so thankful for such a wonderful husband who is also a great father to our children. We all (the kids and I) look forward to the time each day when he comes home from work!
Thank you for a wonderful 5 years... I am looking forward to Eternity!!

That was a fabulous day 5 years ago - the start of a wonderful eternity.
So glad you are part of the family with your own family.
I remember that fateful day...and even the dinner a couple months before when we convinced, I mean mentioned that you could be next-door neighbors to us!
If it's 5 years for you...holy cow, almost 9 for me.
